"We do not ship firearms directly to consumers. All firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to an authorized Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

• Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to contact their local FFL dealer to verify they accept transfers.

"All local pickups and final transfers are subject to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background check.

• Per Florida law, a mandatory three-day waiting period (excluding weekends and legal holidays) applies to all firearm purchases, unless the buyer holds a valid Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (CWFL) or qualifies for another statutory exemption.
• Transfer fees, background check fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of physical pickup."
